Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Details of qualifications: -Required experience in deployment of contact center and/or enterprise communication solutions, preferably in various roles like analyst, design, development, testing and product rollout. -Desirable knowledge of VB, C, C++, Java / J2EE, XML. -Desirable knowledge of Avaya solutions including IR/Voice Portal, IC/OA, CTI (AES / TSAPI, JTAPI), IPT (VoIP), Meeting Exchange. -Desirable knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services. -Desirable knowledge of Business Applications (especially SAP, or other packages like Siebel, etc.). -Desirable knowledge of IP Telephony / Voice Over IP and data networking, preferable with CCNA/CCNE/CCIE certifications. -Should have good written and spoken language skills in English and Chinese, plus either Japanese or Korean (desirable). |
