Customer Service
Job Description: To provide high quality customer service to foreign customers (e.g. Ireland. Australia, UK etc) in response to email, telephone or fax enquiries.
Requirements: 1.Fluent verbal & written English 2.Bachelor degree above 3.Oversea background is preferred 4.1-2 years work experience, Customer Service or Call Centre background would be helpful requests from all levels of the organization 5.Good command of interpersonal and communication skills 6.Be logical thinking 7.Ability to work well under pressure, and deal with difficult vendors 8.Very Good problem solving skills
