Job Summary: operational Lead - Manager manages the execution and is accountable for the service management, transition management, process improvements, quality initiatives, data privacy, internal control effectiveness and internal projects. This individual must apply knowledge of various geographies unit in Asia Pacifica, business practices and workforces, as well as the company’s strategic business objectives, to successfully execute key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities by Functional Area:
Process Management: Lead significant enhancements to process and systems/tools in area of responsibility; designing processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports and other enabling solutions necessary to effectively operationalize the processes. Quickly develop expertise on new subject matters in order to identify and evaluate business solutions, advising key stakeholders on best path forward. Ensure implementation approach of all processes is operationally effective and may be easily customized and reused across entities. Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools, to resolve moderate to complex issues Develop and ensure delivery to service level agreements / contractual obligations and project milestones of internal/external vendors Advises our stakeholders on appropriate implementation of changes to systems, tools and processes. Advise stakeholders proactively to limit number and frequency of significant issues Create and execute communication strategy relating to process implementation and tool enhancements
Business Relationships Establish an internal network of subject matter experts in key functional areas. Advise groups outside of immediate work team who require HR systems/tools and process expertise Develop and maintain working relationships with entity and geographic key contacts
People Development Mentor and counsel team members assigned to work in area of responsibility. Provide performance feedback to team and non-team members assigned to work in area of responsibility. Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team. Motivate team members to deliver high quality work. Encourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practices. |
