-Job Description:
Responsible for providing post sales, remote technical support of software, systems, sub-systems and/or applications for Avaya customers, service center/field service team members and Business Partners. Candidate will utilize remote and on site isolation, diagnostic and resolution tools, documents and capabilities to resolve highly complex integrated end user issues on hardware and supported applications. Additionally experience within software support or development arenas would prove advantageous. Candidate must possess the skills for team player, adept at and working in collaborative environment, ability to operate in critical high stress environment, strong IT analysis/analytical thinking capabilities, problem solving and debugging skills.
-Qualifications:
Professional certifications are desired, MCSE, CNA, CCNA Certification.
Typically requires 3-6 years of related experience.
Telecom specialization preferred.
