Key Responsibilities:
Act as team leader for medium-sized team (up to 10) or multiple small teams, providing allocation of work and technical guidance
Take ownership of timely delivery and quality of team deliverables. Review outputs from team, perform code reviews, designs reviews, testing scripts etc.. Ensure integrity of design across multiple teams
Planning including estimation of effort required for design, development and testing of system components and modules
Status reporting to project management
Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively.
Requirements:
- 日语能力：流利的听说读写能力, 日语国际2级以上
- 技术要求：SAP ABAP
- 5-8年相关工作经验
