职位描述及要求

职责：
(1) 能够根据需求进行软件体系结构的设计
(2) 能够独立解决问题，推动任务的完成
(3) 能编写高质量的代码，并能调试代码缺陷
(4) 能够担当产品负责人角色，协调组织他人工作

Responsibilities:
Senior software engineering is hope to take a lead role in design and development of exciting new projects, new feature development.

知识与经验：
1 、本科以上学历；
2 、良好的英语阅读、会话能力；
3 、精通 Java ， C/C++ 等语言，尤其精通 C++ 程序开发者佳；
4 、熟悉 Unix 开发环境及常用工具的使用。
5 、具有较强的系统分析和设计能力，能独立进行软件系统设计，懂 UML 者佳；
6 、熟悉 DB2 ， Oracle 等数据库系统，具有一定的数据库管理设计能力
7 、具有电信金融项目开发背景

Requirements:

1. BS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
   
2. 2+ years industry experience developing C in Unix/Linux environment
   
3. Familiar with Java ， C/C++, IBM Mainframe is preferred
   
4. Strong system analysis and design skills, can design software system independently, familiar with UML is preferred
   
5. Familiar with DB2 and Oracle database systems, has the abilities of database management and design.
   
6. Has the experiences of telecom or bank projects development is preferred.
   
7. Fluent English in both oral and written
