Description Job description Within TS Delivery Operation organization, Global Integration and Deployment (GID) provides integration and deployment offsite services to HP customers. Within GID the Deployment Operations Center (DOC) will provide back office support including services like deployment planning, procurement, scheduling, reconciliation, warranty and contract data consolidation as well as deal and issue management. This operation is based in Bratislava (Slovakia), Dalian (China) or San Jose (Costa Rica) and will be mainly staffed by DOC Admin Agents. For each deal, operation charter is the following: - Deployment planning - Hardware procurement (catalog mgt, order entry, fulfillment tracking) - Scheduling of end-user installation when hardware is available - Asset database update - Reconciliation of hardware invoiced, hardware installed and end-user acceptance. The Deployment Process Manager (DPM) mission is to engineer and implement operational processes to reach the targeted level of productivity / quality. In addition the DPM will project manage the assigned project from DOC perspective. The Deployment Process Manager will be responsible to: - Support DOC team lead to setup operation for a specific project - Manage and implement delivery process / ensure proper level of definition and documentation - Train DOC resources and support operationally the DOC on process/tools topics - Provide all required reports - Fulfill project management tasks in close cooperation with the overall project management office (PMO) - Drive process improvement initiatives - Back-up Team lead on operational topics Measures: - Customer SLA compliance - Projects implemented on time - Quality of process definition
Qualifications - Engineering degree, Process engineering degree, Quality Management degree or similar experience Skills - Fluent in English - Project management - Process engineering - Experience in working in international and virtual teams Job will require some travels (below 15%). |
