Responsibility: 1、负责Solidworks公司产品的销售目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度; Be responsible for sales objectives and plans within the products from Solidworks, participate in or assist the superior in implementing related policies and systems; 2、负责销售部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估; In charge of the Department's daily management work and the subordinates' management, direction, training and assessment; 3、负责组织的销售运作,包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨; In charge of organizing the sales operation, including the planning, organization, control over the progress and review; 4、协助总经理设置销售目标、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划; To assist the General Manager in setting up sales objectives, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans 5、建立和管理销售队伍,完成销售目标; To establish and manage the sales teams and to accomplish the sales objectives; 6、从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供建设性意见。 To bring forward the instructive proposals on the products' R&D from the sales' and customer demand's point of views. Requirements: 1、大学本科或以上学历,工科或营销类专业; BS degree or above, major in Engineering or sales relative; 2、5年以上软件产品销售经验,1年以上管理经验;有CAD/CAM或制造业背景者优先考虑; At least 5 years experience of software sales, including 1 year experience of management; with CAD/CAM or Manufacturing background preferred. 3、具备一定的团队管理能力,较好的跨部门协调能力和沟通能力; With a certain management ability, good ability of inter-departmental coordination; 4、具有团队合作精神; With strong team spirit; 5、良好的英文读写能力; With good English reading and writing skill; 6、能适应经常出差。 To adapt for frequent biz- trip.
