Job Title:Operations Associate
Description: We are looking for candidates to provide high quality, timely and efficient operational support services for our clients. Successful candidates will identify and control risks; serve front side MIS and operational needs; produce accurate and timely financial information and, overall, facilitate the growth of our business by leveraging our technology. Essential job functions will include: performing thorough cash and position reconciliation; confirmation and matching; investment master maintenance; performing total reconciliation between the trading system and G/L; resolving any trade discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance
- Interest in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Computer skills and proficient in spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong English communication abilities,
- 2-5 years of relevant financial/accounting experience is required,
- Previous job experience preferred especially with foreign banks,
accounting firms or other financial institutions.
- 金融专业本科以上学历，CFA优先
- 有至少二年以上金融、财会从业背景
- 思路清晰、有良好的英语口语表达能力
- 有外资银行等相关经验者优先
- 有良好的团队合作精神
