 职位描述/要求：
Description
The Account Management Team are global resources shared by the GBS Account Management team to help them better manage and control their information flows. We manage reporting, provide analysis and training and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Job description:
Recommend and drive standardized reporting and processes
Drive timeliness and accuracy in reporting
Act as primary interface between ADM/CM and operations at the center(s)
Support ADM/CM and act as delegate when necessary
Ensure regional compliance with SOW
Management of/participation in projects
Identification and rollout of improvement initiatives
Participation in account and SL reviews
Financial and headcount expertise relevant to assigned base

Qualifications
At least 4 years experience
Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or equivalent diploma or Master's degree (graduate)
Combination of accounting and financial systems knowledge
Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and analysis
Industry experience
Project management and consulting experience
Teamwork
Presentation skills
Fluency in English
