Job description:
- Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan.
- Provides general supervision and direct supervision to highly-skilled non-exempt employees.
- Applies specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
- Be able to handle most unique situations.
- May need advice in order to make decision on complex business issues.
- Provides direction and expertise to departmental teams and participates in cross-department initiatives.
- Acts as a point of escalation for subordinate employees as well as other supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
- Excellence interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a multi-national company in contract administration/order handling/process management/finance/accounting/call center job.
- Excellence organizational skills
- Strong Leadership skills. Managed a team at least over 15 people.
- Customer and service oriented
- Independent, self motivated with team spirit
- Well organized with analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
- Professional working experiences in different positions of international, dynamic and virtual team
- English and Japanese capabilities |
