Responsibility: Customer care technicians take calls from customers and initiate correct response to them with a positive and professional manner. Dealing with a wide range of products and utilizing a powerful database, you'll provide remote solutions to problems, increasing with complexity along with your experience level. You'll ask questions, probe problems, and verify what has been done and, explain what to do in such a way that non-technical users can understand what action to take.
Qualifications If you are a technically skilled individual with a positive attitude and customer savvy, you might be the kind of person we are looking for!
