 职位描述/要求：
-Work with Global team closely to ensure align with Global projects/ processes and consistent operation.
-Manage projects through various communications, data collection and analysis, motivation of personnel to ensure
continued improvement.
-Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews.
-Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
-Maintain and review TS working procedure
-Identify exist problem in TS call handling
-Initiate process and procedure change to improve call center agents’ working productivity and quality
-Actively provide support to front line operation to achieve maximize business result
-Follow up and formalize new process and tools to meet business requirement
-Tracking process and procedure execution to ensure service efficiency and quality
-Actively probe business deficiency and drive change for improvement
-Proactive customers'perceptions of our service and take further action


-Project management skill
-3+ years call center and customer service working experience
-Familiar with Visio and Microsoft project
-Good English communication skill in both writing and speaking
-Logical thinking
-Basic statistics knowledge
-Creative and self-discipline
