Sale represented in Dalian. Overall responsibility for sales on target routes as well as achievement in line with the strategy of the Sales Manager and the company strategy.
1) Promoting sales & marketing activities with all aspects. 2) To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the Sales Manager ensuring achievement and maximum returns. 3) To successfully negotiate rates internally with operational counterparts, in order to achieve competitive rates to support our aggressive targets. 4) Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency. 5) To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the Team Manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts. 6) To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes. 7) Co-ordination of both external and internal/KN visitors. 8) Supporting of client events. Prime focus on clients’ specification of the respective market. 9) Preparation of sales & marketing material to target organizations. 10) Supporting the other Sales Managers by cross selling. 11) Focusing on highest possible data quality, visibility and usage of CRM-tool KN VAST. 12) To represent and follow the KN philosophy, quality management system and highest standard of business practice.
REQUIREMENTS (Education, work experience, technical skills, physical demand, personalities, etc.) Good communication and presentation skills, pro-active, fast acting, supportive and self motivated. Goal oriented. University Graduate Minimum 1 year sales experience in logistics firm. Excellent command in Mandarin and English. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills |
