工作职责 公司介绍:全球生产化学品、化肥、塑料及金属品的领先生产商之一,在中东地区拥有许多大型的工厂。主要产品有基础化学品、中间体、聚合物、专业产品、化肥及金属。 1.Identify, assess and close new business for OEMs in North China. 2.Responsible for developing relationships , establishing and maintaining platform strategy, business opportunities (target), tracking current and new business and vehicle cadences. 3.This individual must also network with key Tier-1 sales contacts to insure closure of new applications and current core business. 4.The individual must lead cross-functional teams and provide direction for deploying resources. 5.Must have strong process skills (facilitation, benchmarking, contracting for value) to achieve growth at the OEMs in the North China.Key success factors include; negotiating, project management, networking and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
职位要求 1.BS/MS Technical/Business Degree. 2.Strong technical aptitude 3.Prior marketing or sales experience 4.Experience in the Automotive Industry specifically with the OEM's 5.Must be an effective leader, innovative problem solver and good facilitator. 6.Must be able to interface and influence all levels of the customer's organization as well as other functions of GE. 7.Strong relationship development skills are necessary, including the ability to identify customer needs and mobilize the business to support. 8.More than 3 years work experience in related industry |
