Job Description:
Senior Test Automation Engineer for Japanese testing projects.
- Perform automated functional and performance testing on banking applications in Japanese language.
- Analyze test requirements from functional specification.
- Design and execute test cases according to test requirements.
- Develop automated regression test scripts using testing automation tools.
- Report defects and track defect status.
- Analyze and summarize testing results.
- Coach junior testers with test processes, test approaches and test automation technologies.
- Work with Team Leader to communicate with customers to acquire business requirements and report project issues.
- Follow company policies and business processes, enjoy team working with colleagues.
Requirements: (Qualifications, Skills, Salary)
- Smart and quick to learn new knowledge. Adjustable to enterprise culture.
- Have 3-5 year IT related work experience, including development and testing.
- Have >=1.5 year experience in software development and >=1 year in software testing
- Fluent in Japanese reading, listening and speaking (JPT-3 or above).
- Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking (CET-4 or above).
- Have 6 month project experience in test automation tool (Mercury QuickTest Pro), familiar with test management tool (Mercury TestDirector).
- Strong team work spirit, enjoy collaboration with team members.
