Location: Changchun or Harbin
Responsibilities:
-Pre-sales service: help sales reps do machine demonstration
-Install & commission equipment and train the operators of the equipment.
-Service equipment in existing accounts.
-Increase sales volume in existing accounts.
-Collect account receivables from time to time.
-Handle customer complaints and build a positive relationship with customers.
-Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
-Home-based, company car will be provided.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree majored in mechanical/electrical.
-At least 3 years of experience in servicing external customers.
-Work independently and in a team.
-Be energetic, self-motivated and creative in problem solving.
-Excellent communication skills and be customer-oriented.
-Good PC skill and good English in reading, comprehension and speaking.
-Willing to travel frequently and take challenges.
-Driving license is preferred
