Description Business environment Within TS Delivery Operation, the Global Integration and Deployment (GID) provides integration and deployment offsite services to HP customers. Within GID the Deployment Operations Center (DOC) will provide back office support including services like procurement, scheduling, reconciliation, warranty and contract data consolidation as well as deal and issue management. This operation will be based in DaLian, China and will be mainly staffed by DOC Project Specialists. For each deal, operation charter is the following: - Deployment planning - Hardware procurement (catalog mgt, order entry, fulfillment tracking) - Scheduling of end-user installation when hardware is available - Asset database update - Reconciliation of hardware invoiced, hardware installed and end-user acceptance. The Project Specialist mission is to support the DOC team lead to reach the targeted level of productivity / quality in project related delivery of services. The Project Specialist will be responsible to: - Support Project Manager in regional and global projects. - Perform procurement tasks and validation of invoices. - Work with cross-functional teams in project delivery. - Work closely with field team to coordinate hardware installations. - Responsible for Data-Tracking and Report Generation. - Maintain central repository for project related documentation. - Act as single point of contact to stakeholders for project status. - Perform other special administrative assignments as and when required. Qualifications Your profile College Diploma or Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience Professional English Japanese is a plus Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database input Responsible mindset Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task Ability to work with personnel from different levels Min. 2-3 years working experience Skills include: Knwledge in IT tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools...)
