The roles:
Manage the sales activities for North China and reports to the North Asia Industrial Sales Manager who is based in Hong Kong. This position will station in North China(Beijing,Tianjin,Dalian or Shenyang)and duties include:
-Prospecting for new customers and projects and maintain a good relationship with key customers and coaters
-Follow through on new projects to commercial sales
-Provide market information and formulate sales strategy
-Manage coaters and direct customer activities to ensure sales and profit targets are met
The person:
-Result oriented with a passion to sell
-2-3 years technical,industrial and/or chemical sales experience,particularly in coatings industry
-Ability and willing to travel extensively to meet customers
-Problem solving and communication skills to bring issues to completion
-English and Chinese speaking and written skills
-People management experience a plus
-Degree holder
