主要职责: Responsibilities:
1 完成管辖区域的年度销售额和收金预算 Achieve annual sales target and money collection budget in the certain region; 2 维持良好的客户关系,参与客户、设计商和承建商的会面、研讨会、展览会等 Set up and maintain good relationship to customers, consultants and builders. 3 确保对所有客户提供及时和专业的服务,积极跟踪项目进展,参与投标的全过程 Ensure a timely and professional service to all customers,follow up actively of every project and attend the whole process of bid; 4 参与项目后期施工及定期回访,处理客户投诉产品事宜 Involve in dealing with customer complaints of products; 5 及时准确向公司团队传达相关信息, 维护公司在市场上的销售利益 Keep the team timely and accurately informed about all relevant information; take care of sales interests of the company 6 积极寻求商机、深入对市场的渗透,发展新客户 Actively explore new business through penetration as well as new accounts development to optimize sales growth.
要求: Requirements: 1.大专以上学历,化工、电子、机械等理工科相关专业毕业 College degree or above, major in chemistry, electronics or mechanism etc engineering course. 2.至少7年的销售经验,其中五年以上在建筑/电子/食品加工业/制药行业工作背景者优先录取; At least 7 years sales working experience; more than 5 years working experience in the construction industry, or electronics ,food and pharmaceutical industries is preferred. 3.具有良好的沟通及产品营销能力,熟悉相关销售网络 Good communication and marketing ability, familiar with the sales network in the area 4.独立工作能力和团队合作精神 Self-motivation and team working spirit 5.交际、表达、协商能力强 Result oriented, excellent presentation, negotiating, interpersonal and customer care skills. 6.具有一定的英语阅读能力者优先 Good English communication skills |
