 职位描述/要求：
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree in a technical field
-Over 5 years experience in project procurement of equipment, materials, services trade contract for all SSOE businesses listed above
-Familiar with procurement procedure such as tendering, bids clarification and evaluation, P.O. and contract preparation/status tracking. Experience in international engineering company will be preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially negotiation skills
-Self-motivated and strong team work spirit
-Good command of English
