*Job description:*

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical team lead works in Oostsourcing - DongFangYuan. A team lead also plays multiple roles not only as a software engineer, to work closely with the young software engineers team, utilizing the cutting edge web technology. Should have a flair and capability to manage, guide, motivate team to complete projects on time.

*Requirements:*

* 3-7 Years software development experience in PHP/Java/Javascript Web technology.
* Bachelor degree.
* Fluent oral and written English (CET6)and Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.
* >1-2 years practical team lead experience.
* Good knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation.
