Provide consulting and business partnering to managers in achieving company objectives. Partner with other HR functions (Staffing, C&B, L&D) to develop programs to meet business objectives. Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of specialized company programs. Coordinate, facilitate and support the company's Human Resources policies, procedures and program deployment. Implement and deliver development programs — eg. Key Talent programs, Manager Curriculum, Leadership programs Drive key annual HR programs — Pay Planning, Organizational Human Resources Planning process, Employee Opinion Survey outcomes and follow up actions. Ensures budget and schedules meet corporate requirements. Facilitate employee and manager communications and problem solving. Assist managers with legal compliance through education and monitoring. Assist managers in maintaining HRIS data integrity and streamlining processes. Provide new hire orientation, counseling, coaching, and exit interviews. Analyze turnover trends and provide input on modifying programs. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
Requirement Bachelors degree with 8-10 years HR experience, preferably in a MNC Leadership and team building skills. Strong influencing skills. Interactions with business partners normally involve controversial situations which require the ability to influence and persuade other senior managers on the right HR outcomes. Be confident and comfortable to raise differing opinions with senior management. Strong interpersonal skills. Creative problem solving and decision making skills
