指导初级程序员

You will be leading the design team to build and integrate a large variety of projects, for our most famous clients (Nissan, adidas, Johnson & Johnson...). Taking initiatives, you will mentor, educate and collaborate with a large group of junior graphic designers.

What you will be doing!
-Mentoring junior designers
-Designs in a wide variety of style and print media (brochures, POS, packaging, 3D...)
-Provides input, direction and communication to all involved disciplines throughout production
-Adheres design to budgets and time constraints
-Responsible for designs that are on strategy and reflect brand's personality
-Exhibits expertise on all design trends and historic design influences
-High-quality graphic skills & a strong visual design sense
-Flash a huge plus
-Delivers presentations to team and/or senior personnel and clients as needed
What you need!
-Colour management experience
-Comprehensive knowledge of leading industry software packages (Adobe suite of products)
-Knowledge of high-end digital output devices
-Design and implement creative designs and graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator and CSS (expert level)
-Flexible, creative, and detail-orientated
-Strong project management skills and sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow.
-Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and quality practices.
-Must be curious and fun to work with!
