E-Graphics Communications, a member of Omnicom Group - the largest marketing services company worldwide - is now looking for a Senior Flash Developer. You will be leading the design team to build and integrate a large variety of Flash projects, for our most famous clients (Nissan, adidas, Johnson & Johnson...). Taking initiatives, you will mentor, educate and collaborate with a large group of flash programers.

What you will be doing!
-Mentoring junior programmers
-Develop code in Flash/ActionScript3
-Implement a Flash component framework for interactive content delivery
-Integrate, create reusable and clean Flash components
-Participate in design reviews and project status meetings
What you need!
-Expert in ActionScript/Macromedia Flash, web development and programming interactive content.
-Good knowledge with consuming XML within Flash
-Comfortable with jsp, php, cfm or asp, as well as JavaScript, XHTML, CSS
-A definite plus if experience in Photoshop, Illustrator or 3D modeling
-Strong project management skills and sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow.
-Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and quality practices.
