Neuson Kramer is successfully running a Representive Office with 6 employees in Shanghai China since one year and is now looking for additional personnel:
Technical and Quality engineer at supplier site location in Dalian
主要职责Main Responsibility：
1, On-Site quality control, to participate in the root cause investigation about quality non-conformity and action processing;
现场质量的控制，参与制作现场质量事故的现场调研和处理工作；
2, In-process quality control at manufacturing workshop.
负责日常制造过程质量控制的巡视检查工作；
3, Inspection acc. to specification, prepare inspection reports;
按照检验规范对产品进行检测，填写完整的检验报告；
4, Quality control on nonconformity parts, supplier quality improvement tracing.
不合格品进行控制，供应商质量改进及跟踪；
5, Weekly quality report to the executive quality engineer, and develop quality improvement plan together with supplier.
质量周报给质量主管人员，并同供应商一起制定改进方案。
6, Other tasks as required.

Education and experience requirement学历和经验的要求：
1, University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
本科以上学历，机械制造或相关专业；
2, More than 5Y quality work experience (at least three years of site quality control on welding steel structure) .
五年以上质量工作经验（至少3年焊接钢结构现场质量控制经验）；
3, Be familiar with steel structure quality control procedure, rich experience in know-how about material preparation, forming, welding, machining, painting, packaging is a must.
熟悉钢结构质量控制流程，熟知下料、成型、组装、焊接、机加工、油漆、包装等工序是必须的；
4, Good English speaking and writing and necessary IT skills is preferred.
具有良好的英语听说读写能力和必要的IT技能。
5, Good communication skill and Self-motivated, good team-work spirit.
有较强的沟通协调能力；自我激励，良好的团队合作精神。
