Responsible for the co-ordination and analysis of SLC (Service Level Commitment) performance metrics.Play an important role in strengthening the profile of the SLC.
Requirements:
?Tracking of process improvement initiatives generated through operation reviews. Monitoring and providing feedback on the performance of the related metrics following the implementation of the initiatives.
?Development of financial reports/schedules by researching and analyzing accounting data. This includes defining business requirements to automate the current financial/performance reports.
?Compilation and consolidation of data, analysis and commentary for Customer Review Board Monthly Report, meeting required deadlines
?Co-ordination of production of SLC and Application Delivery monthly Scorecards, providing analysis and commentary to agreed deadlines.
?Ability to work independently and handle several projects at once. Strongtechnical,accounting, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
?Develop an understanding and knowledge of the GFSS end-to-end processes and systems.
?Develop an understanding of the Application Delivery services provided to GFSS Asia.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree or above majored in Computer Science or Accounting
?Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, databases with good understanding of Oracle modules
?Strong analytical skills with 6 sigma certification or business process reengineering a plus
?Strong English communication Proactive & multi-cultural sensitivity
