Responsibilities
Execute assigned marketing programs to ensure that pre-determined objectives for designated brands are achieved.
Monitor all elements of the marketing mix to track the achievements of pre-determined objectives for designated brands are achieved
Ensure cost effectiveness is achieved through the development and administration of pre-determined budgets. Apply/leverage knowledge to improve operations margins.
Work closely with Market managers within China and Distributor to implement marketing strategies, promotion programs that will assist in the achievement of sales objectives.
Uncover consumer / brand insights to help develop profitable marketing programs/initiatives. Develop communications/consumer promotions to achieve sales and profit objectives. Ensure the efficient execution of the agreed marketing plans for designated brands.
Develop and manage RTEC marketing plans and operation to build brand equity and consumer loyalty for Kellogg’s brand in China.
Work closely and contact regularly with advertising, promotions, public relations and market research agencies in the development, execution and monitoring of marketing programs.
Supervise customer’s queries and complaints handling about the products
Provide product knowledge and merchandising guideline training to sales team
Position Requirement:
University degree preferably in Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry.
Good understanding of balance sheet and strong comprehension in managing budgets (Advertising & Promotions)
Experience in dealing with complaints from customer on food related issues.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.E
Excellent interpersonal skills and networking.
