Description of the works:
· Manage employee leaves, gather and calculate month attendance record.
· Handle Employee IN & OUT formalities at government.
· Manage Employee Contract and files
· Assist DH on recruitment.
· Provide fully secretarial and logistic support to GM, e.g. typing, filing, faxing, update planners & schedules, schedule meetings, etc.
· Collect files from other colleagues to management for signature and distribute them
· Be responsible for booking flight tickets and hotel rooms for all colleagues
· Meeting preparation for documents and room set-up. Meeting minutes making
· Passport and Visa Management for employees.
· Other assignment from DH and MG.
Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, Major in administration or related major
· More than two years work experiences in HR, administration or as secretary of general manager
· Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress
· Very strong communication skills
· English fluent both in written and oral.
· Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tools esp. PowerPoint very well.
