工作描述：
1．熟悉 Partner Portal和Partner Management系统
2．与客户联系和了解客户的问题
3．对于客户在Partner Portal上遇到的问题搜索资料并给客户提供解决方案
4．及时的跟踪case的状况并与IT Support team和Business team一起解决客户遇到的问题
5．每个月或每个季度编制关于support status方面的报告
职位要求
1．2年以上工作经验，有IT或Portal方面经验．
2. 优秀的英语听说读写能力．
3．熟练操作office软件
4．要有较强的交流与协作能力
5．热情对待客户并提供高质量服务
6．有Siebel经验者优先
Job description
1. Communicate with customer and gain understanding of the problem
2. Search resource and provide solutions independently for customer’s issues in Partner Portal
3. Follow the escalation process and work together with IT support team and business team together for a solution
4. Produce report monthly and quarterly for support status
Qualifications
1.More than two years background is preferred)
2.Excellent oral and written English
3.Familiar with office software
4.Good communication skill and coordination capability
5.Passion for customers and a commitment to high quality
6.Siebel experience could be a plus
