 职位描述/要求：
Objectives of Role:
1.Evaluation of specific ad-hoc Spot Buy requests for savings opportunities and compliance with Client policy;
2.Gathering and clarifying requirements provided by Client subsidiaries;
3.Populating the Spot Buy template which is utilized to communicate requirements and pricing between the Delivery Centre, the MS Supplier and Client;
4.Performing market analyses & searches to identify appropriate suppliers in situations where Client has not specified a specific supplier in the relevant Country or Category Playbook or otherwise.
5.Documenting vendor selection criteria and a proposed vendor list where needed;
6.Documenting bid award criteria and weighting with the Client employee requesting the Spot Buy;
7.Executing the Spot Buy according to Client's policies and procedures;
8.Analyzing each supplier's spot buy responses and creating an award recommendation memo;
9.Working with the MS Suppliers to explain their pricing and services to MS Procurement or other MS employees;
10.Facilitating Supplier and Client employee communications and inquiries regarding the in-scope Spot Buy events;
11.Escalate issues where desk procedures are unclear in a timely manner;
12.Recommend process or documentation improvements;
13.Provide timely status and feedback to the management team.

1.Lead the Spot Buy team in Warsaw;
2.Excellent team leader & communicator;
3.Work closely with Buy Centre team ;
4.Able to interface with clients and provide feedback on a regular basis;
5.Strong voice and customer care skills;
6.Helpful and proactive manner, with a service orientation;
7.Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills;
8.Good interpersonal skills;
9.Good administration skills;
10.Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization;
11.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:
1.General Business experience as a minimum, with 3- 4 years experience ideally working in a supplier facing role;
2.Experience in a vendor negotiation;
3.Generalist across sourcing categories;
4.Country-specific market knowledge;
5.Sourcing experience preferred.
