The Operation Lead is responsible for all aspects of off-shore service delivery. This includes:
- Operations management of all processes within the client delivery scope (AP, Records & Buy Centre)
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure seamless and cost efficient performance
- Partnering with client controller community to provide compliance report and actionable data, drive control excellence including but not limited to SOX
- Maintaining SLAs and internal financial targets
- Developing a leadership team that focuses on client delivery, continuous improvement, people development and financial prudence
- Building a high performance delivery team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and COMPETENCIES:
- Management:
1. Experience in building and leading finance and accounting teams (20+ people).
2. Proven experience supervising multiple teams.
3. Five+ years managerial experience.
4. Experience with start-up organizations desirable.
5. Experience with the implementation of quality and continuous improvement programs.
- Language:
1. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Functional:
1. 10 Years working in accounting or finance.
2. Managed financial processes.
3. Track record of service delivery in a “finance operations” environment desirable.
4. ERP systems experience a must.
- Education:
1. CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA or similar qualification preferred.
2. Minimum of bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
