Primary roles & Responsibilities: 1.Proactively works with and advises specific cities'manager/team leaders and employees in people issues, organizational concerns and provides direction and advice in the application of standard company policies and practices. 2.Identifies business needs within his/her area if responsibilities and identifies these to the managers/team leaders, contributes to finding of approaches solutions. 3.In conjunction with the Regional HR Manager implements the people agenda to deliver distinctive performance in people management, working towards continuous improvement. 4.Provides coaching for managers/ team leaders. 5.Supports sourcing (internal&external interviews), development and succession planning processes accordingly to business needs. 6.Promotes standard reward and recognition processes that motivate staff and encourage alignment with business strategy. this includes providing advices to managers/team leads on individual pay, salary & incentive/bonus reviews etc.. 7.Support the Regional T&D Manager in delivery the training and facilitate the monitoring of training effectiveness among staff. 8.Coordinates staff transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and terminations. 9.Communicates HR processes and policies to employees to ensure understanding, facilitate the tea break process ti ensure engagement among staff.
Experience: 1.5 years of relevant experience, with 3year in supervisory/managerial position.
Attributes: 1.University degree or above. Have good command of English both oral and written. 2.Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit. 3.Honest, strong sense of responsibility, confident, precise, awareness of service. 4.Good skills of coordinating and communication.
