Job Summary: The HR Representative supports general human resources activities inclusive Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit, Policy, Performance Management and People Matters. Common Key Responsibilities: Training and Development -Define learning requirements and assess skills gaps for Company. -Utilize learning strategies to meet learning requirements and address skill gaps -Design, develop training curriculum (structure, cost, hours, etc.), working with Business Function leads and training coordinator as appropriated. -Develop, customize and source content for learning programs, working with other workforce training coordinators as appropriate. -Disseminate curriculum related communications to targeted participants and serve as first line of contact to address participants/employees questions, issues, and feedback related to the curriculum -Oversee and report on investment budget for assigned curricula area -Monitor course level delivery schedules and plans -Develop and implement evaluation strategies at the course level/curricula metrics -Monitor and report on curricula and course level quality and effectiveness, and develop and implement actions for continuous improvement -Monitor and report overall status of assigned curricula to Local HR Lead and all Function Leads -Coordinate with Business HR Support team to set up curriculum in mylearning -Contact/Select training venders Performance Management -Assist with implementation and coordinate mid year reviews, contact with Business to get report of mid year review completion rate. -Assist with annual performance review, compensation and salary adjustment as required. Employee Engagement -Involving in employee engagement initiatives which are driven from employee engagement survey result. -Involving in initiatives on employee retention. Employee Relations and Employee Transitions -Support and advise executives on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company’s policies. -Support the integration of new joiners including signing employee contract, organizing new hire orientation, welcome lunch, updating orientation training materials, employee handbook and addressing new hires questions. -Coordinating with Fesco to review contractor monthly payment. -Act as key contact with Fesco for employee benefit matters. -Statistic OT hours and payment, send to Business Support team. -Act as first reviewer of Business monthly payroll. -Update Business staff information on weekly base. -Coordinate the termination process by ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues. -Work with Business to make sure data accuracy in SAP. Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required -Respond, where necessary, to employee activities/issues. Qualifications: - Undergraduate Human Resources Degree, or related experience - Minimum 3 years HR Related work experience. - Hands-on employee relations experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Business and Industry knowledge and acumen - Employment Law - Facilitation skills - Conflict management - Change management |
