Scope of Responsibilities: Dimension & Scope: The Consultant, Compensation & Benefits, COE will provide professional services based on expertise in Compensation and Benefits. The incumbent must possess strong Compensation & Benefits knowledge and the points of integration with HR Administration and Payroll. Incumbents(s) must demonstrate specific expertise pertaining to HR practices and compliance guidelines in APAC, EMEA or LATAM.
Specific Responsibilities: Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
璗he Consultant, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for Compensation and Benefits Service Delivery and may be assigned to any of the following geographic regions: APAC, EMEA and LATAM. 璗he incumbent must possess strong Compensation and Benefits knowledge and the points of integration with HR Administration. Individuals must demonstrate specific expertise pertaining to HR practices and compliance guidelines in specific countries. 璏anages the daily administration of compensation and benenfits. Also responsible for overseeing the maintenance of any data tables that are associated with each function. 璏anages the annual and routine administration of salary and incentive plan changes and benefits administration, as well as vendor interactions related to same. 璙erifies that service delivery methods and procedures are followed. Adheres to compliance and quality standards and resolves customer escalaed issues based on prescribed metrics. 璉nterfaces with the customer to support requests for routine reports, ad-hoc resports and special reports as needed. 璚orks closely with the client to communicate Compensation and Benefits changes and enhancements. 璖erves as a resource to employees to resolve complex compensation and benefits issues that cannot be resolved by the Service Center Agents. 瑼ssists in pre-release testing of any upgrades or new releases to systems pertaining to Compensation and Benefits administration. 璕esponsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports in area of specialty; and mentoring, coordinating, planning, and providing direction for work group(s) in accordance with the organization抯 policies and applicable legal requirements. 璕equires exceptional communications and customer service orientation focus. 瑼bility to assess and evaluate issues for effective problem resolution. 璖erves on various quality and process improvement teams and updates methods and procedures to insure the attainment of service levels for our clients.
Education and Experience
瑽achelor抯 degree in related field; 璄quivalent combination of education and experience. 璏inimum five years professional Human Resources experience in a medium to large sized organizations. 璓refer equivalent certifications in either of the functional areas of Benefits and/or Compensation. 璉ndividuals must demonstrate specific expertise pertaining to HR practices and compliance guidelines in specific countries. 璖trong planning, organization and management skills. 璏ust have proficiency with various software applications including Lotus Notes, Mircrosoft Word, and Excel 璖olid communication skills, both oral and written. 璂emonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates. 璂emonstrated ability to work with and lead a team. 瑼bility to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment. 璂ecision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. 瑼nalysis and problem solving skills to determine effects on existing systems and/or business processes.
