 职位描述/要求：
Job Description:
-Proactively understand BU resource plan and requirement
-Scan CVs and conduct first round interview
-Provide the offering advice for BU management team
-Negotiate and conclude offering with candidates
-Participate or lead the hiring assessment related projects
-Provide location feedbacks to assessment leader for process and program improvement
-Coordinate and manage vendors
Qualifications:
-Bachelor or above degree from leading universities, majored in HR or MBA as preference
-At least 3 years recruitment experience in IT multinational companies
-Fluent English writing and speaking
-Strong ownership, dedication, good team player
