IT Operation Manager
Responsibility
Will manage the technology team (In house & Outsourced team)
Single point of contact for all IT Operational Governance.
Oversee multiple, concurrent projects including ramp up / ramp down of Operations.
Develop and maintain individual project plans.
Determine and anticipate the necessary level of staffing for all infrastructure projects.
Plan for sustenance & procurement plan
Work with the Solutioning Project Managers and Transition managers to plan, schedule, allocate resources and balance multiple projects.
Cultivate key technology relationships with vendors, partners, and governmental entities
Recognize and solve problems that cross multiple projects.
Requirements
More than 5 years IT operation experiences in the enterprise network with more than 400 end users.
Be good at the Cisco data network infrastructure, AVAYA voice IP solution (ACD)
Be familiar with IT operation management, change and problem management and so on.
Lead the local operation team to ensure all of BPO IT infrastructure running normally.
Good project management, good communication skill
Excellent English language skill, Japanese language is preferred
Good team work, "can do" and "can help to others".
