Finance Accounting Services Specialist Job Summary & key Responsibilities: -Work with engagement executives to set up and coordinate an engagement(s)' work, financial management processes, tools, and reporting structure, including analyzing financial results for the engagement team(s), the client(s), and the appropriate internal organizations -Supervise Analyst(s) and, if applicable, other members of the engagement financial support (e.g., assistants or client personnel) -Work at an Engagement Site, in a Shared Service Team -Technical & System updating: including Siebel, SAP and other support system (access, excel, project etc), supplying technical support in order to improve service operation. -Customer service and support: related to Siebel project management. -Procedure: Listen and accept suggestion form customers, employees and internal audit, authorizing and managing project implement. -Communication: Supplying standard procedure and format in order to communicating with customers and internal employees.
Other responsibilities: -Employment administration: Employees’ overtime, attendance, operation performance management. -Responsible for project managing which related to employees. -Recruiting: Working as contactor between Finance department with HR department communicating about contract and recruiting of regular employee. -Assisting new employee entrance and training. -Shift management support: assisting task for other functions and share service center
Knowledge and Skills requirement: -Strong organization and communication skills and customer service experience. -Very good English writing and oral communication skills. -Experience working with SAP and other system. -Good discernment of Finance/Accounting, know very well GAAP finance policy and knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley. -Good negotiation skill and problem solving ability, be able to cooperate with other employees from different functions and levels. -Interpersonal skills. -Penetrating development trend of company financial service center. -Good computer skills.
Qualification: -Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related major.
Experience: -Over 4 or 5 years experience in Accounting role, with management experience. -Good background of Finance, experience in customer service and operation.
