Resource Deployment Leader
Location: Shanghai/Dalian /Chengdu
Knowledge & Skill:
1.Minimum bachelor degree;
2.Good oral and written English, good command of Japanese is preferred;
3.Minimum 4 year related working experience of recruitment, management working experience in one of the following field is preferred(1)high volume recruitment and resource management in large IT company(2)logistics and supply chain management in multinational corporate;
4.General understanding of the following IT skill is required: Java/Web development、MF、SAP etc; Related technical background is preferred;
5.Excellent risk management ability and problem solving ability;
6.Aggressive 、hard-working and eager to learn;
7.Team work spirit;
Responsibility:
1.The job holder will be responsible for the demand and supply planning for high volume resource deployment;
2.The job holder will work with the delivery team for the demand pipeline establishment, draft supply plan based on bench, roll-offs and gaps
3.The job holder will manage various supply levers and advises and directs supply channels to execute the right supply levers to achieve the target.
