-Telecommunications Operations Support Systems knowledge -Experience in Customer Service Assurance (Trouble Ticketing - Problem, Change, SLA Management and Customer Event Notification), Fulfilment (Order Management, Service Activation), Inventory (Logical, Physical and Network Discovery) Telco Processes for Wireline, Wireless, or Cable products). -Design & Implementation experience -Experience in any of the following vendor packages would be advantageous: Amdocs, Metasolv, Cramer, Syndesis, GE Smallworld -Knowledge of eTOM and ITIL -Experience using MS Visio and Rational Requisite Pro to capture functional requirements.
