Service management -Ensure the center running smoothly and meeting all service levels -Help consolidating SLA and Center metrics report periodically -Maintaining and coordinating the business relations with functions to ensure quality service delivered -Produce standard business reports or data upon function or Center Mgt's request -Coordinate all new business initiative and development by providing technical supports and demonstrating the showcase

Skill/Knowledge Required:
Bachelor degree with 2 years' above work experience Fluent written and spoken English; Good communications skill while the experience in handling service management preferred; Good PC Skills including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.; Technical background especially with excellent data analysis skills are preferred; Energetic and proactive attitude as well as team work are requested Male preferred.
