The Local Marketing Manager is responsible for securing the awareness and visibility of the company抯 store on the local market. Through their knowledge of the local market, company抯 visitors and customers the Local Marketing Manager is responsible for generating traffic to the store and securing return visits. The Local Marketing Manager has responsibility to monitor and support customer satisfaction within the store. The Local Marketing Manager reports to the Store Manager and has matrix responsibility to the Marketing Manager S.O. The LMM has human resource responsibility for their people and to supervise, develop and inspire their team.
Main Responsibilities
Awareness and Visibility
昑o generate traffic to the store and secure repeat visits.
昑o communicate and build the brand awareness of company on the local market as an affordable and relevant home furnishing specialist.
旹nsure that company is present on the local market throughout the year and that all local events and activities reflect the personality and image of company.
昑o maximise the awareness on the local market by creative and low cost marketing campaigns.
昑o secure PR and relations with the local media and local authorities.
Reason to Visit
昑o attract more immediate visitors to the store by marketing products and solutions that meet the needs？of the people on the local market.
昍esponsible for the co-ordination, implementation and follow up of the commercial calendar for the store.
昗ith knowledge of the local market and media possibilities to support the Sales Team in identifying potential sales opportunities and the execution of store activities.
Customer Satisfaction
旹nsure regular accurate and effective customer feedback on all activities and promotions.
昑o secure all customer feedback is fully utilised within the store. Monitoring and supporting the store in providing a straightforward and easy buying experience for the customer.
