Japanese IT Solution Consultant
Base Location: Dalian
Summary Description:
This is a client-facing, project oriented position having accountability for managing client expectations while delivering the services and solutions associated with the Teradata database. The Database Consultant provides in-depth technical needs analysis and advises solution teams on database configuration and utilization issues during the client engagement. Responsible for designing database query specifications, as well as database implementation, performance tuning administration and security, are often included.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (or higher) preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other related fields
Strong technical knowledge in computer technology
Technical Skills & Experience Requirement:
Solid development work experience with any technical skills ？at least 3+ years work experience on Japanese IT projects, Project management experience with Japanese IT projects is preferable
Japanese level 2 above, can communicate with client fluently
Sound RDBMS knowledge
Prior technical consulting/working experience on CRM would a plus
Functional inclination - Specific industry knowledge/experience would be a plus
The candidate must have tangible work experience and must have excellent communication skills.
The candidate must be ready to travel.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
？This individual will be responsible for solution design, integration, data sourcing and transformation, database design and development (logical / physical) and tool implementation related to data warehousing.
？Interface with Teradata engineering staff as needed to resolve complex technical issues
？Specify, demonstrate and scope Teradata solutions that deliver business value to the client / prospect.
？Transfer knowledge and expertise to other Company professional services associates.
？Provide technical expertise to data warehouse clients that will contribute to innovative business solutions
