This role will focus on supporting Consumer HR Director and Dalian HR Director. The incumbent will gain exposure to all aspects of HR programs from a location and business perspective.
Responsibility:
Support the Consumer HR Director to coordinate, compile & analyze reports for:
-Quarterly Consumer Sales Performance reports
-Staffing Report
-Support the Dalian HR Director to coordinate, compile & analyze reports
-Performance Reviews, Plans & Rewards
-Overtime / Annual Leave and/or other location specific reports
-Compliance
-Support the Dalian HR Director
-Dalian HR Meeting and follow-up action
- Report out HR metrics and driving improvement to HR processes.
-Participate in cross functional teams (Finance, - Marketing, Sales Ops, and Legal)
-Provide administrative support
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above; 1~2 years work experience;
2. Demonstrated computer literacy
3. Strong communications skills; good English in oral and written;
4. Demonstrated strong team spirit
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
6. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and learn concepts quickly.
