Job Title: Senior Program Manager (Korean Skills)
Location: Beijing, China
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager, you will own a specific feature or set of features of Korean Search, working with Marketing to define feature requirements/priorities, working with Development & Test on designing the features and interfacing with customers to ensure usability.
-You must feel comfortable operating within a fast moving research & development team.
-You should have great core program management skills - strong customer empathy, attention to detail, proven track record of working with dev/test/research in a product group, great design skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
-This position requires the ability to influence feature teams through written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. The ability to handle multiple concurrent releases and demonstrated experience driving for results in a cross-group/team project is a must.
Required Qualifications:
-You should possess a strong technical background and an extremely good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving and design skills, and a minimum of 3 years experience in delivering software solutions in a project management, program management or business analyst capacity.
-You should be self-motivated and self-directed and able to lead and motivate. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important.
-You must be fluent in Korean
-Knowledge and experiences in Internet search/services, machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, and distributed systems are a plus.
-This position is located in Beijing, China.
