ROLE Partner with the local management team to develop a strategic human resources management plan to support the organization’s rapid growth in the Asia Pacific region. Drive the high-quality and timely implementation of business ramp plan in line with business & HR metrics, while ensuring adherence to applicable government regulations.
Core components include staffing, training, organizational and career development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
Provide management with ongoing consultation and development on performance management and the tools for administering productivity and reward programs, workforce development, attrition management and culture management programs.
BASE LOCATION: Dalian
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ well-rounded HR experience with a fast-paced MNC · Selection, search and hiring in a fast paced MNC environment · Cultural sensitivity and people-development skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese · Bilingual in English & Mandarin; Korean would be an added advantage · Ideally, IT industry background with customer or call center experience · Project management and time management skills · Leadership, team building skills and dispute/resolution skills · Creative problem solving and decision making skills · Thorough knowledge of HRIS and Human Resources processes and interaction · Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint · One-to-one business leader counseling on HR issues and programs · Developing and executing training plans · Roll out cyclical compensation and benefits program
