Job Description Individuals within the global network of Delivery Centers provide clients with proven solutions, proprietary software assets and industry best practices to deliver an outsourcing solution at a fraction of the cost required to run the process in house. The Delivery Center model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients specializing in finance and accounting, procurement, customer service, human resources and other services.
Key responsibilities may include: -Focusing on the GDN center Network technology design & operation related work; -Focusing on IT security related industry standard and Company Internal security policy; Ensure IT security is up to the company security standard and procedure. -Develop and implement detailed Network technology designs, budgets of materials for new facilities and/or facility expansions; -Resolve detailed technical Network operational issues that have been escalated to the network team; Diagnose and resolve the LAN/WAN/Firewall problem in a timely fashion, including being on call during non-office hour in case of network emergency that may arise. These emergencies may require coordinating and close working with Telecom vendor, equipment vendor, GNOC (Global Network Operation Center). Issue/problem must be addressed timely with resolution to ensure 99.9% uptime of the network; -Handle network and IT security related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling; -Work with GNOC or other global function teams for global/regional policy, architecture, standard deployment. -Help clients by providing technical consulting services. Give recommendation or bring forward technical solution based upon specific requirements from project or clients.
Qualifications Professional Skill Requirements
Expert technical knowledge and skill in Network Infrastructure (LAN/MAN), Information security, etc.; -Experience of designing and supporting various Network technology infrastructure; -Rich knowledge and experience with CISCO Router/Switch, Firewall, IDS, VPN router, etc. -Proven ability to work with customers to define requirements, develop solutions and implement those solutions on time and to budget. -Experience in creating detailed solution design documents -Demonstrated experience in performing Technology & Vendor analysis & selection -Proven ability to manage own workload, priorities & deadlines and to work independently without supervision -Over 5 years of technical team leading experience; -Excellent English Language spoken and written communication, and good documentation skills.
