Responsibilities/Authorities (Briefly describe the main tasks, responsibilities/authorities, of the job.) 昑raining Needs analysis 昑raining Plan 昑raining report 旾nput to role-based curriculum design 旵ommunicate cross Delivery Centre learning strategy to local Delivery Centre, and how it applies to the individuals 旵oach individuals on the completion of their development plans together with Counselor/HR Rep 昅anage Knowledge Centre 昐chedule Services local training through Capability Engineering Team 旸evelop training plan that maps to business strategy, at beginning of each fiscal year. Develop, maintain and communicate a training calendar that makes the training plan a reality 昑rack training against Delivery Centre metrics, including budget spend. Provide metrics reporting to leadership 昅aintain curriculum 晄upervise training registrations 昅anage in house NJO Program 昅anage post training analysis 昅ake recommendations to management on new training areas and programmes 旹valuate internal and external training courses provided 昗here required, identify and engage external suppliers to deliver trainings as required by internal customers 旸evelop a comprehensive training programme 昄iaise with other Accenture GDN center to share training knowledge and experiences 昈ther duties as directed Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above - 3+ years training experience in IT industry - Familiar with the local training market and training vendors - Fluency in English - Good communication skills and leadership Interested Candidate, please send your resume in MS Word to hr-dalian@orangetreeconsultancy.com |
