Job Responsibilities: •Act as SEPG to customize Company standard delivery processes; deploy the processes through training, guided perform, and on-going support; chase for continuous improvement through quantitative measurement collection & analysis, root cause analysis and OFI handling. •Conduct QA health review and process compliance review to delivery projects. •Guide and monitor project managers to conduct timely and quality SPC (Statistic Process Control) reviews.
Qualifications: -At least 7 years IT experiences. -At least 3 years Project management experiences. -At least 2 years SQA or PPQA experiences -Expert on CMMI or CMM, with real deployment and appraisal experiences -Experienced in software delivery process improvement, a SEPG experience is preferred. -Good communication and leadership skills. -Skillful in both verbal and written English. -Japanese skill level 3 or above is advantage. |
