Qualifications:
1. Develop and sustain a robust HR infrastructure that scales with organizational growth and business expansion 2. Revamp HR processes end-to-end to achieve efficiency and productivity with sufficient controls 3. Develop and deliver quality HR product & service offerings 4. Execute employee payroll, compensation & benefits programs & its administration that are seamless from front end tools to back office operations which include HR transactions, processing, and reporting 5. Play a pivotal supporting role in the design of HR/C&B policies, programs & structure, augmented with market benchmark data to ensure Dell's competitive positioning in talent attraction, employee rewards and retention 6. Ensure country-wide HR practices are compliant to local laws and statutory/audit requirements and also consistent to regional strategic direction 7. Ensure HRIS & its reporting are accurate and timely for business decision-making 8. Establish HR metrics to drive HR operations and business decisions 9. Develop and deliver management & employee training on HR tools and programs
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
1. Bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience in human resources or related field; 2. Good knowledge of China Labor law & its related statutory regulations, and HR market practices 3. Proven track record in HR operations and its back office administration including compensation and benefits execution and administration 4. Hands-on experience in HRIM & its project management would be an added advantage 5. Strong planning and organizational skills with a good eye for details and process-oriented 6. Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities 7. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
